Who and what is Off Menu?
We are lovers of all things food, and we also happen to make apparel and sell it online from time to time. We decided to combine these two things to help raise money for independent hospitality businesses. We produce and sell merch of your favorite local haunts, and then give them all the profits. We do all the work, and hopefully we help them in getting their business back to normal.
When does my order ship?
All of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 14-21 days for your order to ship.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because this is a nonprofit initiative, we are not permitting returns or refunds right now. In the event you have a problem with your item when it arrives, just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of you.
How do I get my business on Off Menu?
All of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 14-21 days for your order to ship. Estimated shipping delivery times once your order has been dispatched:
- Canada: 3-5 business days
- USA: 5-10 business days
- World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. Please allow for additional time on limited edition items or if otherwise noted in the product description.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nonprofit nature of our business, we do not accept returns or refunds. In the event an item is damaged or you received the incorrect item, we will happily provide an exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or in the event you received an incorrect item. If you need to exchange for a different size of the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 120 St Regis Crescent N, North York ON M3J 1Z3, Canada.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 120 St Regis Crescent N, North York ON M3J 1Z3, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
